Job Description:

We are looking for a skilled Telecalling Executive to join our customer support team. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving customer queries through calls and chat while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls and chats to resolve customer queries and issues.

  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

  • Assist customers with product/service information, troubleshooting, and other inquiries.

  • Follow up on customer concerns and ensure timely resolution.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the system.

  • Work in a target-driven environment and contribute to achieving customer retention goals.

Working Hours:

  • 9 hours of work per day, including a 30-minute break.

Desired Skills:

  • Customer Care Service experience (Preferred)

  • Inbound Process / Blended Process experience (Preferred)

  • Familiarity with handling Inbound Calls, Outbound Process, and Customer Relationship Management (Preferred)

  • Proficient in Computer Navigation and using chat tools.

  • BPO Customer Service experience is an added advantage.

  • Clear Communication Skills and ability to handle customer queries effectively.

Education Requirements:

  • UG: Graduation
